What is the manufacturing process of your products? James Newman
Our meat products come from Victoria, Australia and we process our treats from start to finish quickly without any down time. What we mean by this is that most dog treats start as by-products that need to be kept for long periods of time before being processed or sent to other business’s. It is this time in-betweeen where meats are sprayed with chemicals to preserve them before being sent to other businesses for processing/drying. Lucky for us we DO NOT need to use such sprays or chemicals.
How are your products chemical and spray free? James Newman
Our point of difference is that our meats are for us from the start and we dry them within a few days of them being as fresh as possible which means no chemicals or sprays need to be used. We then use a slow 48hr dry method that keeps the nutritional value whilst removing all the moisture. We then use a freeze-dry method to finish this process so that the products can keep for 5/6 months without going off.

How can I export your products to sell overseas? James Newman
We offer this service and have all the legal paperwork and health certificates available to allow you to do this. Simply head over to our wholesale page and fill in the form to make your enquiry. We will respond to you via email within 24hrs with our PDF Brochure on all the products available, export information and process guides. It’s easy and hassle free.

Our products offer 12 month shelf life. We have monthly batches of product available allowing you to receive long expiries on every product.
What can I expect from buying products that are organic, chemical free, spray free, pesticide free and do not contain preservatives? James Newman
Our business is built around this concept of our pets eating as high nutritional valued produce as possible. This theory that has been carefully researched shows that reducing excess fillers, GMO’s, flavours and colouring, pesticides and preservatives has major health benefits to your pets. It can help avoid illness’s, skin irritations, allergies and weight gain, thus resulting in a happier, healthier pet and less Vet bills for you the owner.
As nothing un-natural is used with our products we let all our customers know from time to time you may find a little bug or 2 in the warmer months of the year. The Australian government requires all wild game processing plants to use microbiological testing and operates all its processes to the Australian Quarantine Inspection Services (AQIS) standard of food safety (HACCP) so assure us when we say that the produce if you see a little bug is perfectly fine. We compare this to buying organic fruit and vegetables from a farmers market. You buy a lettuce that may have a couple of tiny bugs on it so you wash it with water. With our products they are harmless and are perfectly fine but for your sake you can get rid of them or put the product in the freezer for 24hrs.
What if my order is damaged or I have received the wrong order? James Newman
If any of our products are delivered damaged or an error in your delivery has occurred, a refund or exchange will be issued. Please note, the products must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All notifications for refunds & exchanges must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once the damage or error is confirmed by us, an exchange or refund will be issued to you within seven days and we will pay for the delivery charges.
Can I return food products if my dog does not like it? James Newman
Unfortunately once your product has been opened and used you are unable to return it. We suggest purchasing a smaller size initially as to test it on your pet.
If I don’t receive my order in the time All Barks say it will be delivered, what shall I do? James Newman

How will my goods be delivered? James Newman
Goods are delivered in boxes or satchels depending on weight and size.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes? James Newman
Yes we do however if your order is a large order we may require to use a courier and will communicate with you after you place your order.
How long will my order take to be delivered? James Newman
We dispatch all orders EVERY afternoon, Monday to Friday. Once dispatched we estimate the following delivery times however please note these are not guaranteed. You will be sent a tracking number that will give you a more accurate estimate:
Sydney Metro – 1-2 business days
Sydney short haul – 1-3 business days
Victoria, NSW, ACT, Queensland – 2-7 business days
SA – 4-12 business days

Yes we do. Simply contact us with what items you want to order and your delivery address so we can email you back a quote including shipping fee’s.
What courier’s do you use? James Newman
We use Australia Post for the majority of our orders however we may on occasion use a courier service depending on your location and size of order. On shipment you will receive email tracking notifications from Australia Post or other selected courier companies tracking number to enable you to check on the progress of your order.

Can I get my order delivered to my work address? James Newman
Yes you sure can. Just put your delivery address down as your work address in our delivery section and we will send it there.
Am I able to get my order delivered to a secure apartment? James Newman
Yes of course. Our delivery providers will ring the bell/knock at the door and if you are not there you will be notified by a note in your post box or pick up from the post office.
Can I cancel my order? James Newman
Once you have confirmed payment details and processed your order it cannot be cancelled. Anytime before this you can remove any product as you wish.

Thats right, all orders received before 12pm aest will be dispatched that day, Monday- Friday only. This means as well as receiving a tracking number when your order has been dispatched, you can now get a better idea of when it should arrive. We aim to get your order on it’s way to you as soon as possible.
Can I order online and pick my order up from the markets? James Newman
Yes you can. We list our upcoming markets on our website so you can see what market we will be at next. When you add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout, simply choose the market pick-up option in the delivery option tab. This will automatically make the delivery charge $0 and we will email you to confirm the market and time we will be there. Please specify your preferred location and date in the order instructions tab.
