We do not pass-on, sell or exchange any of your personal details with any ‘third parties’. This information is restricted to the following: identifying your orders, providing you with our newsletter, up-dates with our blog and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself. In this case we record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this – when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
Products and Prices
The Company tries to ensure that content on the Website is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. You acknowledge and agree that the Company does not warrant or represent that the descriptions of any products or other content on the Website is always current. In addition, descriptions of products on the Website are only provided to identify the products generally.
You will be charged for any products ordered, at the prices shown on the price list current at the date of placing the order. The Company is not bound by nor responsible for any typographical errors in the current price list or any other documents published by the Company on the Website. The prices advertised in the price lists, or in any other documents on the Website, apply only to orders placed via the Order Form. Price lists, products and products availability are subject to change without notice.
Any special prices, discounts, deals or other changes in price shall apply to the relevant products only for as long as the products remain available for sale or for the duration of the promotion and the Company reserves the right to limit sales of any products.
Claims, Limit of Liability and Obligation to Notify
You should inspect the products immediately upon delivery to you in accordance with our delivery policy. The products are deemed to be accepted by you unless you give notice to the Company of any alleged defects in the products within 24 hours of delivery of the products.
In the absence of such notice, the products shall be deemed to be suitable for the purpose for which they were supplied, of merchantable quality, in accordance with specifications, and otherwise free of any defects.
The liability of the Company, if any, for defects or loss or damage in transit or whatever shall be limited to:-
•replacement of the products or supply of equivalent products;
•repair of the products;
•payment to you of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent products;
Delivery and Freight
The Order Form requires you to enter your address for delivery of the products. You will also be required to indicate your preferred delivery method for products ordered by you. Your account will be charged for delivery of the products and this cost will be indicated on the delivery slip accompanying the products. The company will deliver your products within 7 days to Sydney Metro and up to 14 days outside of this area.
The Company will use all reasonable efforts to deliver products for accepted orders to the address specified on the delivery slip, on or before any estimated date, but the Company does not represent or warrant that it will do so. The Company does not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to any delay in delivery of the products or any failure to deliver the products ordered by you for whatever reason.
It is your responsibility to check the quantity, quality and description of the products delivered against the details on the delivery slip. If there is any difference in quantity, quality or description of the products delivered, you must notify the Company at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the time of delivery or collection by you (which ever is the later).
If notice is not given within 24 hours, the products actually delivered shall be deemed to be in accordance with the delivery slip and you shall not be entitled to make any claim or take any action in relation to any alleged deficiency or irregularity in the products after that time.
When purchasing from the Company your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. If any of our products are delivered damaged or an error in your delivery has occurred, a refund or exchange will be issued. Please note, the products must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All notifications for refunds & exchanges must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once the damage or error is confirmed by the Company an exchange or refund will be issued to you within seven days and the Company will pay for the delivery charges.
We only exchange or refund on damaged goods, not for change of mind so please choose carefully.
