Our meats, fish and vegetables arrive at our factory raw and fresh. We immediately cut or mince our products and prepare them for drying. Our specialised 96 hour drying method optimises the nutritional benefits of our raw product. Our superior heat & cooling technique is proven to increase your dog’s health. The science is simple. The duration and manner of the method works to keep the essential nutrients locked into the food. Finally it is important to let you know for peace of mind that we only source our raw product from licensed establishments and that they are government certified. Our products are 100% Australian and we guarantee no antibiotics, fillers or chemical preservatives are added.

All of our products have a 12 month expiry date.

If any of our products are delivered damaged or an error in your delivery has occurred, a refund or exchange will be issued. Please note, the products must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All notifications for refunds & exchanges must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once the damage or error is confirmed by us, an exchange or refund will be issued to you within seven days and we will pay for the delivery charges.
