It is your responsibility to check the quantity, quality and description of the products delivered against the details on the order form. If there is any difference in quantity, quality or description of the products delivered, you must notify All Barks within 7 days from the time of delivery or collection by you (which ever is the later). If notice is not given within 7 days, the products actually delivered shall be deemed to be in accordance with the order form and you shall not be entitled to make any claim or take any action in relation to any alleged deficiency or irregularity in the products after that time.
